The Ketogenic Diet works so well for everyone who honestly tries it. Sometimes, however, some folk’s weight loss slows down, or even stops. There are many reasons this could happen, here are the most important, and most likely.
Something as innocent as expecting a food manufacturer to be honest about the ingredients in their product can sabotage your weight loss. Don’t blindly trust big-food to put the healthiest ingredients in their products; they are in business to make a profit, not to make you healthy.
