This weight loss journey has been just that a journey – I am starting to see my thought processes change. It is slow, but my motto is baby steps. Despite not getting any real workouts in this week due to a back/knee injury – I still lost 2.6 lbs for a total of 15.2 in 6 weeks.
I couldn’t have done it without all the support and encouragement from all of you. Truly I couldn’t have done it.
