MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS | BREAKFAST, LUNCH & SNACKS

Breakfast Casserole:
20 ounce hash browns
8 ounce lean turkey sausage crumbles
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
¾ cup 2% shredded cheese
¾ cup 2% shredded cheese
1 ½ cup egg whites (I just use the whole container)
3 cups fresh spinach (or the whole bag)
1 onion
Seasoning salt and pepper

My Nutrition Facts based on the above ingredients:
1/6th of the casserole:
245 calories, 9 grams of fat, 19 carbs, 24 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar
