MEALS:
NO WRAP CHICKEN FAJITAS
-Skinless chicken breasts
-3 mixed peppers
-1 red onion
-1 tin of chopped tomatoes
-1 sachet of fajita seasoning

GUACAMOLE
-1 very ripe avocado
-1x lemon/lime juice
-a small handful of cherry tomatoes
-pepper
-chilli flakes
-1 small red onion

MEDITERRANEAN TUNA STEAKS
-2x frozen tuna steaks
-1/2 pack of Mediterranean veg (from Aldi)

NANDOS CHICKEN, ROASTED VEG & HALOUMI
-Skinless chicken breasts
-1x Nando’s bake in the bag
-juice of 1 lemon
-1 pack of roasted veg (from Aldi)
-halloumi cheese (sliced & grilled)

HAM, ONION & CHEESE OMLETE
-3x whole eggs
-dash of semi skimmed milk
-3 slices of ham
-1/4 small red onion
-3x light cheese triangles

TUNA JACKET POTATO
-1x can of tuna in brine/spring water
-1x frozen jacket potato
-30g of light cheddar cheese
-1tbsp light mayo
